Happy Birthday!

Today is the birthday of this blog, yeh! So why "luau leaves"? I like big bright green leaves and food, and luau leaves suit both well. Or may be I should call it swiss chard leaves cuz I always cook swiss chard to substitude luau leaves, yum.
